NEW BAA, airhub aviation
HI fellas
Getjet airline, Lithuanian ACMI airline have launched their flight school called airbub aviation.
Some of you guys might have heard about their line training (p2f, without job gurantee)
I have requested some infomation about contract and what i can tell you is it is very threatening and unprofessional to be called proper condition&contract.
I have spotted couple weird things.
1. All the instructors are from getjet which isnt bad but they might not have experiences in ground instructor before and number of instructors are very limited
2. Some of headcheif, and some excutives of school and the airline have left the company however company have not updated on their information.
3. They launched in 2019 however they have 0 graduated students. They said it has been delayed for some reasons and say this year would be first intake. Which you have no idea what to expect since theres no output or feedback from previous students.
I know its tough time but we are all hoping industry would recover. So stay away from these line training or ATO (i can tell you even before covid, not even half of people have got a job offer after line training and line training experiences does not make you competitve in the market but it would be way below airline's requirement hours)
I just wanted to inform you guys since they are advertising alot on social media and have been sending email to people who previoulsy have shown interest in line training for the past years.
Thanks

I went through BAA, arguably the biggest mistake of my life in many ways...would be very curious to know if this is actually worse.
For what it's worth, the pilots I know at GetJet are nice and professional chaps, so that part at least should be covered...though I'm sure some ex BAA alumni will find their way there eventually.
Nice nickname BTW, I still miss my 997.
