Applying for computer number in India if you are from IGCSE

Hey guys i need help with my computer number application. I have done my 10th grade from IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) in a school in Bengaluru. This board is from the UK and is run by Cambridge and hence all my marks cards are from there. I was able to secure the Equivalency Certificate from the AIU (Association of Indian Universities) board at Delhi since my 10th was from a foreign university. But I'm having trouble with my board verification for 10th as the one provided by Cambridge is just a letterhead with no official seal. My application has been rejected twice now for the same issue. Is there anybody who had the same background as me and was able to get the computer number? If so can u please help me out with the process? Thanks a tonne!
