ICAO ATPL into EASA CPL

Hey guys,

Ive got an ICAO New Zealand ATPL and thinking of converting my license into EASA. Internet is full of websites and different info on how to convert ATPL to ATPL and CPL into EASA CPL but I am looking into the cheapest way to have a bare minimum to apply for jobs in Europe which is EASA CPL and written ATPL credit passed, those 14 exams. Does anybody know if any European directorate or authority will issue EASA CPL if you hold an ICAO ATPL and if not what is needed? Seems impossible to find that info. Thank you!
