European Flight Academy - Group Qualification

Hello everyone,
Does anybody know some details on the EFA Group Qualification? I couldn't find much online.
Thanks!

Hey, I'm also applying to the European Flight Academy in August. In regards to the group qualification, it tests your teamwork skills in dynamic situations, your behaviour in group sittings, interview of why you want to be here e.g. Passion for flying and your motor skills in a full flight simulator. After that there is the class 1 medical you have to pass. I'm kinda worried about the basic qualification of the selection process because I heard the DLR testing is pretty hard, so I have been using softwares like skytest for EFA to help in preparation.

EFA no longer use the DLR as far as I am aware. From reading the Eurowings F/O thread the basic qualification that they now use seems to have a higher pass rate

Oh thank god, phew.. I was legit stressed about a possible DLR exam. Is the initial class 1 medical exam the same as other intial class 1 medicals in Europe, or does the lufthansa medical service have strict requirements?

I presume it is the same requirements as the initial EASA class 1. I haven't seen any additional requirements anywhere on their website and by the looks of things you are issued with a class 1 after so suspect the same requirements as normal.

The ATPL makes you eligable for the Eurowings Group (Germanwings, Eurowings Germany/Europe etc)
For this course the selection is done by interpersonal

The MPL still uses the DLR Tests as this is a requirement to join Lufthansa Mainline. It also allows you to join any other airline in the Group such as Austrian, Swiss, Cityline and also the whole Eurowings Group.
Where on the other side with the ATPL if you wished to join any other LH Group Airline outside of the Eurowings Group (Austrian/Lufthansa/Lufthansa Cityline/Swiss (swiss has for ready entries their own selection) you would need to re apply as a ready entry and re do the DLR Assesment.
