R v. Robert Murgatroyd

Is there any truth in the rumour that following the sentencing at Manchester Crown Court, of one Robert Murgatroyd to 42 months in prison, the EASA exams will have additional Qs on licence privileges and "hire & reward"?
See ACCIDENTS AND CLOSE CALLS section ~ force landing and they all walked away.

Well worth junior birdmen reading the report on this accident.
Rich in training material for your ground school studies !

I stand corrected. Thanks PACO

No AAIB report? It appears Manchesters' Finest in conjunction with the CAA investigated the accident..

Robert Murgatroyd recently received an additional 22 weeks for aircraft insurance fraud.
Failure to disclose previous events when applying for insurance.
