Does anyone know the price for the type rating on the Challenger 300?

Probably best to ask FSI or CAE. Other costs would be accomodation etc. Would you need circuits in the aircraft?
I don't know of any FSI CL30 sims, I fly the CL350. There is a 300 sim in Amsterdam, CAE. Your licence may affect the cost too (examiners).
