Hi,
Can i carry out the pratical cpl exam with "OML" ( multi crew restriction) limitation?

Are you talking about the (flying) skill test?
Or the written exams?

No reason why not, although it would be unusual: an OML is not normally issued for the initial Class One.........
discuss it with your training provider

If you mean that you are a candidate who wishes to take the test - then yes you can.
