Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some advice on a good place to do EASA MCC !!!
also, if there any advantage to take that course in B737-300 Full morion rather than FNPTII 737 or 320 !!!

What is an MCC about? It is about Multi Crew Coorperation.
FFS doesnt bring in my opinion anything extra. So Fixed Base will do. It is a lot cheaper and does exactly what you need. Multi Crew Environment.
So yes preferably an Boeing or Airbus instead of a Beech because of full EFIS equipment but FFS is a waste of money.

Depends how much more it is.
I did mine in a full motion sim, and it was really good to get some experience of what full motion is like before the type rating, even though it was a completely different type.
I realise that this is not the focus of the course, but still useful.
I don't know of good places these days, I did mine at Skybus before they closed.

Fixed based is perfectly adequate.
Do it on a jet,preferably a Boeing or a Bus.
Combine it with a JOC course.
The more exposure to multi crew flying, the better chance of passing the sim ride with a prospective employer.

Combined mcc and joc at Baltic Aviation Academt in Lithuania could be good priced.

There's a lot of good places around, each to their own with various reviews.
Lately there is also alot of new place coming up with crazy tech 737NG sim trying to attract people but as said abov, it just an MCC course and not a type rating so you wont get that much benefit out of flying one.
After all you might get employed by a company that uses Airbus, so whats a 737 sim good for?
Simtech in Ireland have very good reviews, they are helpful, aftercare is also good, and before you ask they have a basic older 737 sim, noting to realistic, but it does the job.
