Flight Safety Academy OR Phoenix East Aviation

Neither offer EASA licences which is what you'll need to fly in the UK/Europe so you need to do a lot more research!

I know that both of these schools are good. They both have good reputation.

I've studied in Phoenix East and started with PPL till CPL/ME. The community and staff were friendly I haven't faced problems during training.
As for training quality, it was great, it was actually better than other schools. You're most of the time in control of your training schedule and that lessens the stress. They also offer the frozen ATPL course, and they also allow you to become an instructor if you save a seat for yourself by telling them before starting training.
The only negative issue I felt was the cost, it's slightly more expensive than other schools around it. However, I would personally recommend it.

I also had some friends who were in Flight Safety, and they preferred it more than Phoenix East.
So basically it's up to you to make the decision. I'm only sharing my opinion.

Best of luck
