Typerating base training exemption ?

Hi all! Happy new year.
I have a quickie here.

I used to fly 737 but moved to Heavy's about 6 years ago. I have approx 1700 hours om 73-3/800 but still active on another Boeing type.

My 73 rating is sadly expired since 2011, but if I was to get/buy it back, Would I have to get the base training as well again ?
