Florida Flyers St Augustine

Anyone has recent experience with this school (last info on forum is from 2010)?
Appreciate info about their instructors, airplane maintenance, school management.
Also can PM me.

Hi maximus610.

I am considering going to Florida too this summer. I hope to do FAA PPL. I am looking for a school and stumbled across Florida Flyers St Augustine. Some advise would be appreciated.

Only thing is that it seems a bit away from the main activities of Orlando where my family will probably be staying while I am training.

I have only a few hours logged and 4 PPL(A) ground exams done in NI. I was going to finish EASA PPPL in Florida but would prefer to get an FAA PPL and later convert to EASA (if I have to). Bit confused between Part 61 part 141 etc.

Advise appreciated from anyone else who did the FAA PPL with the intention of converting to EASA PPL later.
