Jet Airliner's Type Rating Question Bank?
Do you know any training center, Institute or organization that they have a complete type rating question bank for Jet Aircraft's like All types of Boeing, Airbus, MD, Fokker and other common types.
I mean those examination's for Pilots.

It is meaningless.
The purpose of the course is so that you understand the systems and limitations of the aircraft itself. The question paper should be fairly simple to pass once you have succesfully completed the course.
Getting Thirty to Forty percent of the answers to those questions wrong is indicative of the fact you clearly don't understand the systems and limitations, but as you haven't completed the course, I am not sure what the point of your question is?
