Fly In - Barton - This Weekend
 

Just remind everyone that this weekend sees the 100th Year of Flight Fly-in at Barton Aerodrome.

All single engine fixed wing, microlightsand all helicopters are welcome to attend. It would be great if we could beat last years 90+ visitors and perhaps top the hundred !!

Free BBQ for visiting pilots, and a chance to see one of the Royal Navy's latest aircraft, the Merlin which is with us over the weekend.

Not being funny, but I live only about 15 miles away and would have love to have spent today at Barton, but only just read this post. Seem to remember a similar event last year when virtually no notice was given. Any chance of letting us know 2 or 3 weeks in advance next time please? Anyway, hope it all went well.
