Weather outlook - which site/s

Is there a site out there that can be recommended as reasonably OK for forecasting the weather for the next 7 to 14 days ???

I am interested in the UK (specifically Engand and Wales).

7-14 days???? We're lucky if they can tell us what it will be like tomorrow.

Bingoboy,

Have a look at

http://www.farmgate.co.uk/weatherframeset.html

I use it as a preliminary "is it worth even thinking about it" guide

I use weather.co.uk -- gives 10-day forecasts, though obviously it doesn't usually turn out exactly as forecast. Amusing sometimes to compare & contrast with the 5-day forecasts on bbc.co.uk/weather

I use www.metcheck.com - although the accuracy is, well, variable to say the best!

I like www.onlineweather.com. Choose data centre, then forecast charts,I am a sad person who prints the synoptic, then sees what we actually get by comparison. Think the site is quite good. :D

This site has loads of stuff including 120 hour surface pressure charts from the Met Office and 144 hour surface pressure/precipitation charts from the FNMOC

PHD

Next weekend looks terrible....

Thanks - I shall view all the sites mentioned with the appropriate level of caution and make my bookings/plans with all due optimism.
