Spitfire

How much can cost an spitfire or a Bf-109 ?

Do exist exact replicas for selling?

Just dreaming:)

About £1m and up for a decent example of a Spitfire, with very high running cost. There are very few ME 109s available. Quite a few Mustangs.

You can buy a new build FW 190, possibly the best of all the fighters, here: http://www.flugwerk.de/

Note, they are not replicas, they are actually new build authentic aircraft which have been awarded continuation serial numbers.

Happy flying!

Or, for $50k, how about: http://www.jabiru.co.uk/spit.html Cool....

Was about 200yds away from a real one taking off a couple months back. My god, what a noise. Surprised anyone got any sleep at all between '39 and '45. ;) ;) ;)

edited to make link work.

QDMx3 neat link, the FW190 Butcher Bird looks lovely. Where is the lottery win when I need it most.

The Arado 96 replica looks neat and at $220,000 + engine is nearly affordable for an enthusiastic warbird group........
Damn I woke up and spoiled the dream :(
