FRTOL Tester/Examiner Norfolk Area
 

Hi All

In the scramble to convert EASA licences the CAA have come back and told me that they are unable to issue my EASA PPL as my FRTOL (Radio Licence) has expired and also has not English Language proficiency associated with it.

The easiest fix for this is (I am guessing) to just do a quick retest.

Does anyone know of any FRTOL tester in the Norwich/Norfolk area who could do me a test ? (the chap who did my original is no longer with us sadly). I have a week of holiday this week so could probably fit it in quickly this week if they can...........

. Absolute nonsense! There is no reason that a PPL cannot be issued without RTF privileges and, if it is, there is no need for an ELP endorsement.
