Customs/Handling Abroad
 

Hi again

As you probably already know, I am going around Europe in a Pa28 in August. I still have some things however which I want to be sure about:

Customs:
========
You have to have it to get in a country? once your in, you don't need it again? Do you need it to get out? How do you organise it?

Handling:
========
How do you know if you need to nominate a handling agent? the Bottlang doesn't mention handling in it.....even at Brussels National!
