Sanity and reality check

HI guys,
I am sorry if this sounds crazy, i just want to do a reality check, once someone has obtained the PPL, how much longer(in terms of flying hours) does he need to spend and what kind of certification does he need to pass before he can become a professional trainer?

Depends where you are in the world, but at a rough figure, another 150 flying hours, a commercial licence, and then an instructors course.

Probably around £20k, £10k, £5k in that order.
