I won't bore you with the details (it's a long story) but:

The official name is Skystead Inc dba (doing business as ) Europe-American Aviation.
Website is Flight Training in Florida
Anyways, the "normal" day-today use business name is Europe-American Aviation not Skystead.

I see im even more impressed when I look at the website!

Anyone been or used this FTO? Reviews wanted.

Im very tempted to do an FAA PPL and come back to the the UK to do the CPL/IR FAA PPL = ICAO PPL am I correct in thinking this?

Would I struggle coming back to the UK on a FAA PPL ? My way of thinking was that..

1 An FAA PPL is cheaper

2 In the USA the jaa schools (euro puppy mills as some on here quote!)dont look anywhere near as good or have the same level of equipment.

Thanks

I would suggest the following:

FAA CPL ME -IR followed by JAA conversion.
Being a holder of an ICAO CPL-IR gives you significant reduction on the training times required.
Why don't you contact the school, they'll be able to explain everything to you.
