Garmin GPS database

Did somebody used already the GPS database update on www.jeppesen.com online shop? I have the PC cable on my Garmin 195, but the installation is NOT working!
All help is welcome.....

I,v used the King GPS update for my KLN89B at first it refused to work but two phone calls to the help line in the USA fixed the problem.
I would be surprized if jepps dont have a help line as they are normaly very good at product support and to call them would be my first move.
