Try Bridge Across Forever by Richard Bach or Flying with Condors by Judy Leden. If you like biography then West witht the Night by Beryl markham or Garbo of the Skies (Story of Jean Batten) by Ian Mackersey.

The spirit of St Louis - C. Lindbergh
Solo to Sydney - F. Chichester ( before he was hijacked by the sailing mob - ever wondered why his boats were called Gypsy Moth, chaps? ;-) ) and wholeheartedly agree with Flight of the Mew Gull! |
