UK Flight Test
 

I got my CAA PPL two years ago and so it is time for me take the dreaded GFT. There is only one problem: I now live in Sydney!

It is easy for a UK PPL to convert to an Oz PPL (costs about 20 quid and they issue you with a 'special' licence). I can fly down here to my heart's content, provided I sit a flight test before my C of E expires. I'm going to do this in a few weeks but will my licence still be valid when I return to the UK?
