Four seat Katana
 

Saw a prototype Diamond Katana DA40 at San Carlos airport (KSQL). Should go on-line at one of the FBOs there by the summer.
Nice looking place. Spoke to someone who rode in the back seat down to LA, then flew it back up. Said it was comfy (both front and back) and handles like a normal Katana.
Bigger engine, different canopy design, etc.
Apparently the visibility from the front is so good that you can see the horizontal stabiliser and it feels as though you're sitting on the leading edge of the wing.
Can't wait to get in one and go up for a ride.

You want to mate they are absolutely gorgeous, nice and stable easy to fly and it looks superb. BTW don't call it a katana its a Diamondstar.
