Interesting Rotax powered car/plane

Wonder what the legality would be if you found a deserted piece of public highway and decided to go air side :)

I suppose if you didnt exceed the speed limit on the takeoff roll ? and no parking or hangarage fees :)

Still dont understand why the two wheels up front rather than two at the back one up front?

Two wheels up front will give better road stability. After paying $149,000 for one I wouldn't want it to fall over as I drove round a bend at speed:)

It's still gotta be both a crap car and a crap aircraft, the engineering compromises make this inevitable. Plus it'd be a vandal magnet.
