Non equity groups??

Some questions if anyone can help that would be great!:ok:

1.Do planes have to be maintained on a Public Certificate of airworthiness as group members dont own a share?

2.Do you have to pay VAT on the monthly and hourly charges??

3.Whats the biggest number of people allowed in a group?

any answers or help greatly appreciated:8

Groups

The answers in brief.

1. No, a Standard Cof A is required. Maintenance and inspections must be undertaken by a licenced engineer and a 'Certificate of Release to Service' issued on each occasion.

2. Only if the aircraft is registered for VAT

3. Any number

Non equity groups are just another form of aircraft hire so come under the same rules as that.
