Anyone with a cunning plan?
Dear PPruner's, left it a little late to decide such things but.... decided to attempt to get to Sun 'n' Fun as an excuse to pick up FAA piggy back licence which also happens to be ready.
By the look of things flights are a problem from the UK to Orlando at such short notice, either multiple stops (eek) or over 1000 quid (double eek). Any one with any clever ideas (apart from swimming)!? :ugh: Thanks in anticipation |
Fly to Miami and rent a car?

I could not get on the Virgin Atlantic site - it kept telling me I had cookies disabled (no they are not), but I found Virgin to MCO return for about £450 using the Thomas Cook site - select flights. This was going on 7th, returning 14th.
Numerous other flights for less than this with a single stop:ok: |
Thanks guys, halved the bill already. Cookies a problem with Virgin here too. Have to try later at home.

We're going with USAir from MAN via PHL. Under £400.
Any USAir guys out there who can upgrade a fellow Ppruner ? |

We're going to Orlando for two weeks holiday and intend getting checked out on a Diamond G1000 and do some flying while we're out there.
We got return tickets from AMS to MCO for $470 all-in with NWA via Detroit. Bought them using Travelocity. They were the cheapest tix around, and Travelocity managed two legs instead of the 3 or more on NWA's own website. |
Good going Blue... hope the check out goes well. ooh, now you got me thinking of flying while Im out there. Damn damn... I have to feed my baby son too. :oh:

In response to your original question, I would suggest Baldrick may well have one ... :ok:
