These jokers are making fun of you Aeroarrow; pay no attention.

Tell us more about the kind of flying you intend to do and then perhaps we can make some suggestions.

Broomstick.

No I'm not. My kind of flying would be much more enjoyable with an inverted flight system. Oh, and a constant speed propellor too, please. (Good training though, when the engine stops every time you push negative g's, and need to throttle back every time you go above 120 knots.)

Can I also wish for CAVOK weekdays and an understanding boss? Lower prices? Less regulation?

A box with spare parts for a DA-40 TDI?

Really thorough flight planning, so that you can enjoy the flight instead of doing too much extra thinking.

I've found time spent preparing my flight bag, charts, kneeboard, planning notes make all the difference to the actual flight. One thing in particular is the information I put on my kneeboard - I use sheets made up myself on my PC that exactly suit the way I prefer to plan and fly, and whilst particular to me again make life much easier and thus more enjoyable.

That and less working hours and more money. (Or more flying in working hours).

Is it just me or does anyone else think that the guy in the flying club who turns up in a military flying suit and gloves to fly a PA-28 looks a bit of a donkey? It's quite possible it might just be me!
