Microlight but a Helicopter!

Has anyone seen this?

you assume correctly, and its not a microlight, all heli's come under the CAA directive :=

You could, in theory, negotiate a CAA (not PFA) permit to fly on one, but it would be a lot of work. Unless you've got a friendly ex-Westlands airworthiness engineer on side to help out, I'd not recommend trying.
