Sorry to sound old-fashioned, but...

I always read accident reports as I hope it helps me be aware of other peoples' mistakes and, I also hope, will help me be a better pilot.

I'm not especially squeamish, but this appears to be a video of people dying. I don't need to see it to understand that an overloaded 182 will crash and burn....
