I have the non aviation version. A few observations:-
The european road mapping is superb down to individual house number.
The battery life is Very poor Less than 60 mins
The screen visability is poor in any high ambient light level.
The system Crashes at not infrequent intervals
I think there are better units for aviation use.
I use a Sky force which I find great.

Is that 60 mins when used as a GPS, or even when used as a PDA?

Just about to replace a Palm PDA so I'm tempted.

I find the battery life as a straight PDA is about 2.5 hrs.
It Also uses the palm os which I like
