jet engine PPL

Has anyone got a jet rating on their PPL?

apparently it can be gained flying proverst and the such at places like North Weald, providing you dont mind paying nearly £500 per hour.!

Is it worth doing a couple of hours for the experience and a couple of jet hours on the logbook (providing you have the jet training exemption from the CAA!)

Dont have a rating but did get a go in an L29 Delphin out of Manston c/o TG Aviation as a birthday present from the Missus a few years back.

cannt remenber when i had more fun, go for it!
