Prop blade repairs

Our Zodiac is fitted with a 3 blade Warp Drive ground adjustable prop. The leading edges are a bit chipped and as the aircraft is temporarily out of service for other repairs, it would be a good oopportunity to get them properly tidied up instead of being patched again with Araldite. Can anybody recommend a good outfit preferably in the Midlands who could do this?

Prop repair

My guess is that the loss of a blade could ruin your whole day.

Why not contact the manufacturers? They may well offer the service or have an approved repairer in the UK.

Peace of mind is worth every penny spent.

I wouldn't let anybody touch your prop unless they are prepared to issue the paperwork.

I believe that the main Warp Drive dealer in the UK is Mainair in Rochdale, best bet is probably to speak to them.
