Flying "N" registered A/C

Can anybody tell me if there are any restrictions on flying a UK based "N" registered piston twin, within JAA aerospace with only an FAA CPL-IR.

No restrictions. In fact if you want to exercise the privilege of the FAA/IR then you do it in an N reg aircraft.

So long as it is a ME CPL :D
