What State now has Ascension?

I couldn't find an appropriate Forum. Looking at the EGPX AIS Notams, I found this:

THE UK NOF IS NO LONGER THE ISSUING STATE FOR NOTAM REGARDING
ASCENSION (FHAW).

Don't know, but my guess would be the USA, the US Space Operations Command and the RAF were joint operators of Wideawake Airfield.
