Noir Aviation Experience

Hello all.
I would like get PPL licence asap because my country's civil aviation authority will not accept EASA licence soon.
So if you have any experience with this school? Appreciated!
If you know any school in Hungary that trustworthy you can recommend.

But if your national CAA will not accept EASA licenses, then you surely require one that can issue a licence that WILL be accepted? Would you find one outside Turkey?

On a sidenote, i cannot help wondering about this story. Why will your CAA no longer accept EASA licences? Nothing to do with Brexit I suppose :) but perhaps it is another indication of deteriorating relations between Ankara and "Brussels", i.e. the European instances?

I am from Turkey and Noir Aviation is based in Hungary and they also have another base in Slovakia they provide EASA licence. Turkish CAA will not convert EASA licence soon. So before that time I want to get EASA licence and then convert it before starting of new regulation.

In the past pilots who got their licence in EU (EASA) were able to convert EASA to Turkish one easily in Turkey. But if you get your licence in Turkey you can't convert it to EASA easily, it's complicated. So I think my CAA offended and they want to be strict about EASA as like they do. Kinda politic maybe.
