Thanks, it was simply a concern; ultimately it’s up to me which course of action I would take and the logical thing to do would be is to turn right. However it would be the wrong answer in the air law exam. As it states one should maintain heading and speed! Even although it states there is a risk of collision.
I’m assuming I should be checking for a constant relative bearing of the other aircraft? It just seems to be a little ambiguous. But again thanks for your input. |
