If the water in that video was sea or brackish, I'd be wary of buying - thin metal will easily suffer unacceptable corrosion. Best checked after a considerable time, to allow for any salt to have acted.

Maoraigh1 - I recall that Safran (turbine manufacturer) consider any place not more than 60 miles from the coast a "high salt environment" as a result of which regular (weekly) turbine washes are needed. Of course, getting into sea spray or landing on a beach is likely even higer on the list of things that will rot your machine.
