AFSP timeline for Category 3

I would like to get a sense of the timeline involved with the AFSP (TSA) process for Category 3 initial requests.

TSA provides the processing system status updates below.
These are our best estimates of when a review of your training event request will be initiated (not completed).Please allow 5 business days after the processing of your inquiry prior to engaging the Help Desk.

Please allow at least 30 calendar days for processing of Category 1 training event requests.

Category 1 Requests paid for on or before August 25, 2019

Category 2 Requests paid for on or before September 5, 2019

Category 3 Requests paid for on or before July 24, 2019

Category 4 Requests paid for on or before July 26, 2019

Thanks! I'm aware of this. I was wondering if these times are for receiving the fingerprinting instructions email or these times are for processing the training request once the fingerprints are received by TSA.
