Zlin 242 flight control balancing
 

I have been asked a question, whose answer involves balancing the elevator of a Zlin 242. They're uncommon planes in Canada. I have sent the person asking the question to look in the maintenance manual again, as they seemed not to find any information on balancing the elevator in their first pass. I have no easy access to the MM for the Zlin. Is anyone able to offer me some insight on Zlin's instructions for balancing the elevator of a 242?

I'm confident that the fellow making the inquiry will find the answer, as they operate a number of Zlins. It just seemed that the information was not close at hand, and I have no access to a MM, other than going to read what he has, which I may yet do. I just though someone might have a copy in their library, and could get me started.
