AIXM data availability: status?

What is now the status of availability of aeronautical data in AIXM format? I did find some on the AIP pages of Latvia, but nothing more (but I didn't search day and night).

Is it available from Eurocontrol, who seem the big advocates of the AIXM format?
If so, I suppose one needs to register to download the info, but is there also a cost involved?

Looking mostly for waypoints (which should be straightforward) and airspace info.

None? A little topic-kick after a week of complete silence...

Is it possible that you have found the first question in Pprune history that goes unanswered?! :)

Give the team at RocketRoute a call, they may be able to help.

Thanks for the tip, G12000. Those people - just like those at Skydemon et al - might well take me for a potential competitor, I thought it little use to ask them.
