Licence to fly a Monaco registered aircraft?
Um, so, bit of a random question.
Monaco is not in EASA, but it is an EASA PANEP. So, can you fly a Monaco (3A for any spotters!) registered aircraft with an EASA licence? Answers on a postcard. (or you can reply on this thread, might be easier) :O |
Have you consulted the relevant AIP?

You would need a licence validation, just like the Isle of Man. They validate FAA and EASA, amongst others. |
. All OACI licences can be valided by the Monaco aviation civil autorities. . |
Thank you for the replies. Does anyone know if the validation is paperwork only, or requires going to Monaco and flying, or...?
