Licence to fly a Monaco registered aircraft?

Um, so, bit of a random question.

Monaco is not in EASA, but it is an EASA PANEP.

So, can you fly a Monaco (3A for any spotters!) registered aircraft with an EASA licence?

Answers on a postcard. (or you can reply on this thread, might be easier) :O

Have you consulted the relevant AIP?

You would need a licence validation, just like the Isle of Man. They validate FAA and EASA, amongst others.

.
All OACI licences can be valided by the Monaco aviation civil autorities.

Thank you for the replies. Does anyone know if the validation is paperwork only, or requires going to Monaco and flying, or...?
