Renting out my Cessna 208
 

Hi,

I was approached by an OEM Engine producer that told me they wanted to rent my Cessna 208 for the experimental purpose of their new engines. Do anyone know if this is legal for me to rent out for that purpose?

No, not without changing papers to experimental - the aircraft has not been STC'ed for the engine and type certificate(?), annual and registration most probably render invalid, not to speak of the needed special insurance and maybe restriction who is enrolled to fly modified.
