RAeS General Aviation Conference
A brief reminder that the Royal Aeronautical Society’s Annual General Aviation Conference will be taking place two weeks from today at the RAeS London HQ. The themes this year are powertrains and avionics. Topics include Electric and Hybrid Propulsion Systems, Electronic Conspicuity and Upset Recovery Approaches and Techniques. The full programme can be found of the RAeS website.

I shall be there. Probably hiding at the back taking copious notes of all the interesting bits as I often do in that building.

G Liven the place up and ask from the floor what they think about Tracey Curtis Taylor and her claims to fame. To be honest with you Genghis the event would be a lot more inviting with free beer and talks by Maurice Kirk and Colin Hale. Kirk would be interesting talking about "powertrains and avionics". |

Kirk would be interesting talking about Indeed I would love to see that pair set off on an expedition together.:ok: The ultimate tv reality show would have TCT flying a Tipsey Nipper alongside the two guys. ;-) The RAeS is a very large organisation, with multiple interests and sub-groups. The bits who have courted Ms C-T are different bits to the General Aviation Group. G |
