Just a simple question

Hi,
I was just thinking about catching up on my basic maths again, which areas of maths for PPL standards to concentrate on etc.

I was thinking it would be good to be upto date on:

Speed/Distance/Time calculations
Trig.
Load calculations
Ratios maybe....

Does anyone recommend any other areas to concentrate on, or any that I've mentioned to leave out?

Many thanks in advance

:D Happy Landings :D

If u fly in usa u use a flt computer or memorize the answers, being math brain dead should not stop u from flying, lack of oxygen will do the same, only joking-go study.

If you want to "polish up" as you suggest I would think the best you could do would be to smarten up your mental arithmatic and perhaps commit to memory the general "rule of thumb" guidelines like the 1 in 60 rule, etc.
