Best place to do PPL?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a place in Europe (I think) to do a PPL, as a start of my modular route towards an fATPL. At this moment in time, I am planning towards the 0 - fATPL at Bartolini Air in Poland. But in threads about Bartolini the opinions about their PPL programme differ. Some say it's good, others say it's mediocre.
I want to have a good start towards my fATPL, and therefore I would like to hear some experiences from other flightschools that offer PPL training, or firsthand experiences from Bartolini Air PPL students.

If you are from Groningen why not look towards Eelde? European Flight Training Center will be opening it's door very soon. They have a modern C152 for PPL training, a very experienced instructor/examiner.

Think the problem with most modular schools is they focus on the CPL ME IR training and start to neglect the PPL side. Even though if you learn it properly at the PPL stage a CPL isn't difficult anymore. Go to a school that focuses on PPL.

You're always welcome to come to Scotland and I'll teach you ;-)

I am a student at Bartolini Air and enjoyed my PPL course but I had a sort of headstart because I was a sort of aviation geek before my training and had no problems through my training. It was different for someone else in the course.

So yes, I would suggest you do your PPL training at your local flying club and go to Bartolini for the CPL and ME-IR.

ATPL with Bristol or Orbit Ground School in the Netherlands.
