Fairoaks hazard

Have you been to Fairoaks airport and suffered damage from the pebble filled drainage gulley alongside Taxiway bravo?
We must congratulate the airport management for understanding the risk posed to aircraft going to close and picking up a stone, and removing this hazard during recent taxiway maintenance.
Unfortunately Gama Maintenance, are less clear sighted. They claimed a very clear recall of an incident several weeks after an incident and filed an adverse report which was inaccurate in the extreme, They claimed to have seen the aircraft wheel spats severely clogged with mud, when none were fitted. They also claimed to advised the pilot not to fly the aircraft, which was untrue, and caused distress and financial loss to pilot.

I'm sure the Airport Manager will be interested in this so I will inform him.

I am Advised Hazard now removed, either by filling in gulley or covering staone

GAMA have requested the original post be removed, without explanation, I assume they do not approve. They now advise their engineer meant wheel muddied not spats clogged.
Gama filed a report several weeks after the incident that the engineer inspecting had "a very clear recall of the incident" If so how can he mistake spats for wheels? If he had advised me at the time on the mud problem, I would have pointed out no spats fitted.
The error casts serious doubt on the rest of the report, especially as an engine inspection at Base revealed no problems.
