If the MTOW is over 472.5kg, then yes, the hours are fine.

Thank you, and what in case of homebuilt but certifyed JAA aircraft, with MTOW 550kg?

550kg > 472.5kg, therefore it's an aeroplane, as defined by JAR-1 "definitions".

Whether you can use it for training or hire will depend upon local national rules, but if you are already a qualified pilot, in command of the aircraft, the hours count.
