I spoke to a CAA chap about this today.
It seems that the CAA's chief difficulty will be in making the amendment sufficiently idiot-proof to avoid some smartarse barrack room lawyer trying to misinterpret it.... |
Perhaps those always seeing the negative side should actually speak to the CAA before they post so quickly in the negative? |
Who does one complain to about delayed response at the CAA? For what good it will do. My experience with the CAA is that your complaint will be handed to whoever you are complaining about to be dealt with.:ugh: As far as the problem with the wording on the form is concerned, This is nothing new. Several of the CAA forms are incorrectly worded and need altering before use. Just alter the form by putting an 'N' in front of 'PPL' as required. You are then not signing for anything that isn't true. MJ:ok: |
