for surgery.

It is possible to get a Class 1 medical after surgery. No idea whether it is an option for you (lots of variables).

I can't even get a Class 3 medical due to my meds! When on meds I am symptom free, but because I take them I cannot get one.

I think that if you fly because you enjoy flying then to become an airline pilot will soon draw the fun out of it.
