Garmin GPS Pilot 3 help!
 

By mistake, today I wiped out all the waypoints stored over the years in my Garmin GPS Pilot 3.


Anyone know if I can re-instate them?

Only if you have them backed up on some flight planning software I think..... It's some years since mine came out of the loft.........

I have a easygps file of uk vrps from 2011 give me a call on 01253884784

Any VRP'S in the database will not be erased, the OP's user waypoints will be gone permanently unfortunately.

My P3 is redundant now I have an Aera 500 (recommend getting one)

I do not think I backed up but will check.

I did think about buying an Aera 500 a while ago and understand that it might have been possible to transfer all my waypoints. So much for that idea!


Will probably go down the Skydemon route now....
